About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and translate needs into technical specs and workflows
• Configure and manage Jira, JSM, and Confluence (projects, workflows, permissions, SLAs, etc.)
• Deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs, including support for cloud migration if applicable
• Build dashboards and reports using JQL and tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Maintain technical documentation and lead user training sessions
• Serve as the liaison between users and technical teams to align expectations and outcomes
• Stay current on Atlassian best practices and proactively suggest enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong technical focus
• 5+ years of Atlassian experience (Jira, Confluence, JSM configuration and administration)
• Proficient in JQL and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, APIs, or cloud platforms
• Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-400)
• Scripting experience (Groovy, Python)
