Data Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI Reports & Dashboards - Design and maintain interactive reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Create and optimize Excel models, reports, and automation tools for business analysis.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partners - Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to align business objectives and analytical solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Assess and improve existing business processes through data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain clear documentation of analytical processes, reports, and insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain and configure Blackline platform.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end process of gathering data from multiple sources for KPI development and reporting.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report development.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VBA coding for automation and complex data processing.
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide actionable business insights.
• Fluent in English (B2+).
• Experience in financial analysis or reporting.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week from the Poznań office.

• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Knowledge of Blackline platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis or reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including VBA.
• Fluency in English (B2+).
