Job Description

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at PDS Tech Commercial supporting Project Winter, you'll play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, building KPIs and dashboards, and supporting the development of standard work, training materials, and change management strategies. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive insights and improvements across supplier classification, compliance, and source-to-contract systems, contributing to digital transformation efforts in procurement and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex datasets using statistical and data mining techniques
Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure consistency
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards to track project performance
Support UAT for new tools and processes
Assist in training development and change management for system rollouts
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
Contribute to digital transformation efforts in procurement and supplier systems
Support vendor classification, compliance tracking, and supplier management
Help structure the Management Operating System (MOS) for the project
Manage day-to-day data requests and reporting needs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Nice to Have

Familiarity with SAP
Experience with Python or R
Background in supplier/vendor management systems
Understanding of compliance processes and digital procurement tools
Experience in training delivery or change management

Qualifications

Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
