The Data Analyst role is part of this growth, supporting business operations through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Set up regular operation reports and monitor the operational index for the business department
Understand the team's business needs and translate them into data analysis and reports
Develop insightful metrics, build and improve reports, support management to understand business performance and action points
Present data in a meaningful way to ensure that correct decisions are made by management
Perform ad-hoc analysis assigned by line manager
Assist with ad hoc projects, as assigned
Have the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of work

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, or any relevant field
At least 2-3 years experience as a Data Analyst; customer care center and travel industry experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
Strong analytical and statistical skills; strong business sense and ability to draw insights from data
Understanding and experience with SQL is a plus
Working knowledge in data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, or others)
Ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail and analytical reasoning
