About the Role

The Data Analyst II role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and cross-functional reporting on supply chain data as well as support metrics development, and create and publish dashboards to support procurement savings and drive Integrated Supply Chain operational efficiency, support decision-making, and enhance overall integrated supply chain performance. The position is at Frontgrade, a company with over six decades of experience in providing high reliability and radiation assured solutions for defense, space, intelligence, commercial, and civil applications, operating in environments that demand innovation and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and analyze data across multiple supply chain functions including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reported data.
Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reports for supply chain leadership and stakeholders. Partner with functional leads to identify meaningful metrics.
Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in supply chain operations and define, implement, and maintain standardized metrics to monitor supply chain performance.
Identify data quality issues and recommend process improvements to enhance data collection and reporting accuracy.
Support strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and reporting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, finance, IT, and logistics and present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
Develop and automate data pipelines and reporting solutions where possible.

Requirements

Supply Chain Management (Bachelor's degree), Data Science (Bachelor's degree), Statistics (Bachelor's degree)
Minimum two (2) years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably within a supply chain or operations environment.
OR six (6) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
OR no experience required in lieu of a Master's Degree.
Intermediate knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, Infor, etc).
Experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI.

Nice to Have

Experience with data pipelines and automation.
Knowledge of U.S. export laws (ITAR or EAR) and ability to obtain export licenses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or Statistics.
At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree, or no experience with a Master's degree.
