About the Role

Signet Jewelers is the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry, operating more than 2,800 stores worldwide under various brands. As a Data Analytics & Reporting Intern, you'll play a key role in transforming data into insights to support decision-making within the Customer Connection Center (C3) leadership team, collaborating on projects that enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) that support operational efficiency and team performance.
Create ad-hoc reports and analyses, and share findings through visuals, presentations, and conversations.
Join project teams to explore software platforms and their data capabilities, learning and adapting as you go.
Work with data warehouses, IVR systems, and databases to compile data into clear, user-friendly formats.
Make independent decisions on how to retrieve and analyze data, using judgment to guide your approach.
Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all outputs.
Stay flexible and curious as you adapt to new tools and systems.
Collaborate with the C3 leadership team to understand business needs and recommend data-driven solutions.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Data Science, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Expected graduation date of May 2026 preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A curious, analytical mindset with a customer-first approach.

Enrollment in a relevant degree program with an expected graduation date of May 2026.

Part-time internship (20 hours/week) from August 2025 to January 2026.
Remote work environment open to all candidates regardless of location.
Salary range of $18.00-$19.50/hour, with pay varying based on location, experience, and other factors.
