Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of work experience involving analytical rigor in functions like finance, data science, strategy, or business operations (or 6+ years with a Master's degree)
Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large datasets
Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), ETL, and data modeling
Demonstrated analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques (e.g., regression analysis, cluster analysis, hypothesis testing)
Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance and presenting technical content to non-technical audiences and leadership
Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience in data analytics
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, including merging disparate data sets, identifying correlations, and presenting findings
Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R)
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on operations and facilities management, preferably in a global organization with multiple locations
