Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of work experience involving analytical rigor in functions like finance, data science, strategy, or business operations (or 6+ years with a Master's degree)
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large datasets
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), ETL, and data modeling
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques (e.g., regression analysis, cluster analysis, hypothesis testing)
  • Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance and presenting technical content to non-technical audiences and leadership
  • Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience in data analytics
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, including merging disparate data sets, identifying correlations, and presenting findings
  • Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on operations and facilities management, preferably in a global organization with multiple locations

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
  • Experience working in global organizations with multiple locations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience or 6+ years with a Master's degree
