About the Role

U.S. Bank is seeking full-time Data Analytics professionals in Englewood, CO, supporting digital analytics tagging, KPI development, and reporting within Adobe Analytics. The role involves working in a finance environment to analyze online engagement, validate tagging, and develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into platform and interface performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Validate tagging and usability within Adobe Analytics UI and raw clickstream data during feature releases and regression testing.
  • Build reports within Adobe Analytics to provide initial insights on platform or interface performance.
  • Build and monitor KPI dashboards and reports across all channels, delivering detailed business analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into solution design documents for implementation support and process documentation.
  • Develop KPI Metrics, Dimensions, Reporting groups, Scorecards, and Dashboards for trend analysis and funnel reporting.
  • Work in a finance environment focused on Web (Adobe) Analytics, utilizing custom variables such as eVars, s.Props, and s.Events to track online engagement.
  • Use Adobe Analytics advanced features to build calculated Metrics, Cross Device analytics, set up Custom alerts, and create dynamic segments.
  • Work with tools and technologies including Tealium, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Cloud debugger, Omni bug, Charles Proxy, SQL, and JavaScript.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology Management with 3 years of data analytics experience, or Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of data analytics experience.
  • 24 months of experience building and monitoring KPI dashboards and reports for all channels.
  • Experience translating business requirements into solution design documents.
  • Experience developing KPI Metrics, Dimensions, Reporting groups, Scorecards, and Dashboards.
  • Experience working in a finance environment with Web (Adobe) Analytics and custom variables (eVars, s.Props, s.Events).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics advanced features, including calculated Metrics, Cross Device analytics, Custom alerts, Data warehouse reporting, and segments.
  • Experience working with tools and technologies such as Tealium, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Cloud debugger, Omni bug, Charles Proxy, SQL, and JavaScript.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with regression testing and feature release validation.
  • Knowledge of additional analytics tools or programming languages beyond those listed.
  • Experience working in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology Management with 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of experience.
