The Centralized Reporting and Data Analytics (CRDA) team in the Information, Intelligence, Insights (I3) group is seeking a self-motivated, highly analytical, and customer-focused Data Analyst with Python and Tableau experience to provide Business Intelligence solutions to internal clients. The role involves developing dashboards, automating data processes, and delivering insights to drive decision-making across Freddie Mac's departments.

Key Responsibilities

Use SQL and Python to extract and transform data from different data sources and create data pipelines for BI and ad hoc reporting/analytics needs.
Develop Tableau visualizations, managing the full lifecycle from inception to deployment and maintenance, while interfacing with clients at every stage.
Leverage advanced Tableau functionalities to create analytical dashboards.
Implement data quality control processes at every stage of the dashboard development process.
Understand Freddie Mac Single family business and the underlying data to develop effective reporting solutions.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver innovative BI and analytics solutions.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' experience applying skills in data analytics and business intelligence to provide insights around data.
Proven experience as a Tableau Developer with strong understanding of data visualization concepts and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Exposure to SAS is preferred but not required.
Experience with Alteryx and Snowflake environments is an advantage.
Tableau Data Analyst certification is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative attitude.
Effective team player with high accountability and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to learn new concepts and work with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience with SAS.
Exposure to Alteryx and Snowflake environments.
Tableau Data Analyst certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
At least 3 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
