About the Role

Freddie Mac is seeking a Data Analytics Senior to join the Strategic Investment Management team. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining company-wide financial reporting, with a focus on turning data and numbers into valuable visual insights for executive decision-making. The position supports the enterprise-wide chargeback of IT usage through configuration and reporting of the Bill of IT, enabling transparency into technology utilization across the organization. The role offers an opportunity to work on evolving the Technology Business Management (TBM) solution, improve data architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reporting solutions using enterprise tools such as Apptio.

Key Responsibilities

Design, enhance, and maintain standardized dashboards and reports to better understand Technology utilization across Freddie Mac.
Contribute to the evolution of the Technology Business Management (TBM) solution by improving data architecture, reporting, and customer interaction models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reporting solutions leveraging enterprise tools such as Apptio.
Provide inputs on the development of business processes, reporting solutions, and methodology enhancements.
Articulate financial cost metrics and technology footprint data clearly to leadership and application teams.
Partner with customers to understand their problem statements and define business requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and guide the strategic implementation of reporting solutions.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in Data & Business Analytics, Financial Reporting, or Information Technology teams using Agile frameworks.
Deep knowledge of FinOps and Technology Business Management (TBM).
Strong familiarity with IT Infrastructure and Cost Allocation methodologies.
Experience designing and implementing complex data visualizations using PowerBI.
Ability to clearly communicate financial cost metrics and technology data to leadership.
Proficiency with AWS, Advanced Excel, Oracle Hyperion SmartView, and PowerBI.
Experience using Apptio (IT Planning, Cost Transparency, Cloudability) is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a growth mindset.
