As a Data Analyst Intern within PNC's Data, Model & Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The internship provides exposure to advanced analytical techniques, data engineering, machine learning, data visualization, and the big data ecosystem, with the goal of developing data analysis, computational modeling, programming, and data-driven insight skills.

Key Responsibilities

Participates as an intern in the PNC summer internship program.
Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results, such as process support, internal customer interaction, or supporting internal projects.
Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
Participates in social learning within the organization, including networking with business representatives and peers, mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach projects.

Requirements

Working toward a bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM or business majors (e.g., Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business).
Junior status.
Minimum GPA of 3.2.
Experience in data analysis, preferably using SQL, Python, R, and/or Tableau.

Nice to Have

Strong interest in analytics and data-driven decision making.
Experience with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools.

Qualifications

No formal degree required, but candidates should be working toward a relevant bachelor's degree.
Relevant skills in data analysis tools and programming languages.
