About the Role

The Data and Analytics Manager role at Zoom involves developing data solutions, including data engineering, analytics, and advanced machine learning models, with a focus on go-to-market data sets such as Sales, Success, Marketing, and Support. The role requires leading the delivery of data-driven solutions that support business transformation and working closely with cross-functional teams to leverage Zoom's data ecosystem. The position emphasizes leadership in software engineering, people management, and technical expertise across a multi-stack cloud data environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver data solutions that drive business transformations and support go-to-market teams including sales, success, marketing, and support.
Lead the development and implementation of data products leveraging technologies such as Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Kafka, Tableau, and GraphDB.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data architecture, security, compliance, and governance standards are met.
Manage and build high-performance technical teams with proven people management skills.
Develop and operate cloud-based data solutions to support business needs.

Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data roles such as data engineering, ML engineering, and data analytics, preferably in SaaS companies.
At least 3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
Experience in building data products using technologies like Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Kafka, Tableau, GraphDB.
Expertise in data architecture, compliance, data security, and governance.
Proven experience in developing and operating cloud-based data solutions.
High communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to Have

Experience working with go-to-market data sets such as sales, success, marketing, and support data.
Experience in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science or related fields (Master's or Bachelor's degree).
