About the Role

The Data Architect role requires 5 to 10 years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on hands-on implementation and integration. The position involves designing and building data solutions, working with cloud data migration projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end data architecture solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in data integration technologies, cloud platforms, and data modeling, and be capable of providing strategic advice on data architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end data architecture solutions, including building data pipelines using Azure services.
Lead cloud data migration projects and ensure seamless integration of data systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop data strategies and solutions.
Share screen and whiteboard during interviews to demonstrate architecture approaches.
Provide foresight and advice on data architecture decisions based on understanding of data landscape.

Requirements

5 to 10 years of experience in data architecture with hands-on implementation and integration.
Strong expertise in data integration technologies like OT, Kafka, and others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and related cloud services.
Hands-on experience with cloud data migration projects.
Experience building data pipelines using Azure services.
Understanding of SAP systems like S/4HANA.
Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data quality.
Strong understanding of data architecture patterns and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
Certification in data architecture or related field.
Experience with agile project management methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Experience with IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
