About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data architecture solutions with a focus on hands-on implementation and integration.
• Work with data integration technologies like OT, Kafka, and others.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and related tools for data projects.
• Lead cloud data migration projects.
• Build data pipelines using Azure services.
• Architect end-to-end data solutions and share screens or whiteboards during interviews to demonstrate approach.
• Understand SAP systems like S/4HANA.
• Apply data modeling, data governance, and data quality best practices.
• Provide foresight and advice on data architecture decisions based on understanding of data landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively and present data architecture concepts clearly.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with data integration technologies such as OT, Kafka, etc.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and cloud data migration.
• Experience building data pipelines using Azure services.
• Understanding of SAP systems like S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data quality.
• Familiarity with data architecture patterns and best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
• Certification in data architecture or related field.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
