Key Responsibilities

Enter and/or update case data on the WORCS computer system as it relates to 16,000 pending contested workers' compensation cases.
Data enter nearly 30,000 Applications for Mediation or Hearing.
Process and prepare for mailing copies of decisions to all parties involved in litigation cases.
Assist with the opening of mail and the scanning of files.
Assist customers on coverage of incoming phone calls relating to litigated cases.

Requirements

Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
No specific type or amount of experience required for Data Coding Operator 5.
One year of administrative support experience for Data Coding Operator 6.
Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to a Data Coding Operator 6, involving data coding/entry for Data Coding Operator E7.
