Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and/or update case data on the WORCS computer system as it relates to 16,000 pending contested workers' compensation cases.
  • Data enter nearly 30,000 Applications for Mediation or Hearing.
  • Process and prepare for mailing copies of decisions to all parties involved in litigation cases.
  • Assist with the opening of mail and the scanning of files.
  • Assist customers on coverage of incoming phone calls relating to litigated cases.

Requirements

  • Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
  • No specific type or amount of experience required for Data Coding Operator 5.
  • One year of administrative support experience for Data Coding Operator 6.
  • Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to a Data Coding Operator 6, involving data coding/entry for Data Coding Operator E7.

Qualifications
