About the Role

The Data Coordinator - Onsite is responsible for researching, extracting, compiling, and analyzing data to develop reports and support database management. The role involves maintaining accurate information systems, facilitating calibration and testing activities, and supporting organizational processes through data and logistics coordination. This position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of working cross-functionally within the organization to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, extract, compile, and analyze data; develop periodic reports and process ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Assist in documenting and training related procedures; create, maintain, and update databases.
  • Retrieve records or data and distribute information to provide timely and accurate data to department members or external customers.
  • Update and maintain databases, systems applications, or files to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Perform analysis of complex information received and research or resolve issues following prescribed procedures.
  • Gather and summarize data from various sources to complete reports and special projects.
  • Maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity and resolving related issues.
  • Create and follow up on purchase orders, payment processing, and part transfer requests using established processes.
  • Facilitate external calibration of advanced electronic test equipment.
  • Coordinate logistics of internal and external testing activities including shipping, receiving, and test sample intake.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and organize engineering storage areas.
  • Support planning and coordination of events and meetings.
  • Conduct post-completion audits of projects.

Requirements

  • Ability to use or quickly learn tools/processes such as Microsoft Office, calibration databases, product lifecycle management tools, product verification databases, Microsoft Visio, and enterprise-specific software tools.
  • Highly accurate data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow multi-step instructions and complex workflows.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships through timely and accurate work.
  • Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally amongst work groups.
  • Quick learner and highly motivated to achieve individual and organizational goals.
  • Highly organized and punctual.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with calibration databases, product lifecycle management tools, and product verification databases.
  • Familiarity with electronic test equipment calibration and logistics coordination.
