About the Role

The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes. They will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to meet data requirements and ensure efficient data workflows, focusing on performance, scalability, and troubleshooting. The role involves staying updated with industry trends and technologies related to data engineering and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and Databricks and/or IICS(Informatica).
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Optimize existing data workflows for performance and scalability.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Document data processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to data engineering and cloud services.

Requirements

Experience with designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes.
Proficiency in Python.
Knowledge of Databricks and/or IICS (Informatica).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
Skills in optimizing data workflows for performance and scalability.
Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting data pipeline issues.
