Data Engineering, Management & Governance Associate Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain applications in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Engineer solutions across the Service Delivery Lifecycle for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
• Identify and assess complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and create solutions for team implementation.
• Supervise a team to gather and translate user and system requirements into design specifications.
• Regularly report status on assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
• Adhere to the strategic direction set by senior management.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
• Must have 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Must have 5 years of experience in requirement gathering, designing, and configuration for SAP ECC or SAP HANA.
• Must have experience configuring, coding, and modeling using SAP modules, including SAP HANA and SAP BW.
• Must have experience customizing reports, interfaces, and integrations with SAP SDI, SLT, SAP Business Objects, and analysis for Office.
• Must have experience designing business processes for SAP and mapping and integrating data models for SAP ECC or SAP HANA.
• Must have experience executing full life cycle implementation, including evaluations, testing, cutover, go-live, and post go-live support for major and minor enhancements.
• Must have experience analyzing master data, transaction data, and configuration data for SAP ECC or SAP HANA.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in IT consulting and SAP systems.
