DATA INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights, including building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, developing comprehensive reports that detail findings and provide clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with executive leadership to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data used in BI tools through rigorous data validation and cleaning processes.
• Provide technical support for BI tools within the organization and train end-users on how to effectively utilize the tools.
• Assess and improve existing BI systems and processes, staying up to date with industry trends and technologies, and recommending upgrades and new technologies as appropriate.
• Manage projects related to the development and deployment of BI tools, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• United States citizenship required.
• Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a BI role, with a proven track record of developing effective BI solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and extract useful business insights.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data-related concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Minimum of five years of BI experience
