Data Management Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Extracts, consolidates, and stores data across multiple bank and third-party systems.
• Provides high-quality analytics and reporting for the bank's Senior Officers and Board of Directors, including Retail Banking, Retail Lending, and Business and Government Deposit Services.
• Provides daily deposit reporting to the EVP/Chief Operating Officer and SVP/Retail Banking and Marketing.
• Creates scheduled and ad hoc reports, reporting templates, and workflows to support the bank's departments including sales and profitability, audit, and customer programs.
• Performs data analysis, monitors trends, and makes recommendations accordingly.
• Manages the bank's MCIF/CRM systems to ensure maximum efficiency and benefit, including system/process enhancements, campaign management, and user administration.
• Works with vendors as needed to support system management.
• Ensures data integrity of the MCIF/CRM systems, including system balancing.
• Assists with surveys, onboarding, and other MCIF/CRM customer workflows.
• Supports Retail Banking's Sales Program through tracking, reporting, adjustments, and audits.
• Supports Sales Administration with programs, campaigns, and training initiatives.
• Monitors the competitive landscape, including interest rates, fees, and promotions.
• Completes BSA, AML, and other regulatory and continuing education as assigned.
• Adheres to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures specific to the position.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

• Three years of data analytics experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent database management and Microsoft Office/Excel skills required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with critical thinking and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
