About the Role

The South Dakota Hall of Fame is seeking a full-time Data Manager who will be part of the management team. The Data Manager is responsible for data management and general organization support for the areas of finance, charitable giving, the inductee nominating process, and the programs offered by the South Dakota Hall of Fame. The position reports to the chief executive officer and is located at the Visitor and Education Center in Chamberlain, South Dakota.

Key Responsibilities

Manage data related to finance, charitable giving, inductee nominations, and programs offered by the Hall of Fame.
Provide general organization support for various operational areas.
Maintain and update donor databases and customer relations management systems.
Assist with the inductee nominating process and related documentation.
Support the management team with data organization and reporting tasks.

Requirements

Prior experience managing data and finance is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Five years of business or non-profit experience and three years of financial experience is preferred.
Bachelor's or technical degree is required.

Nice to Have

Experience with QuickBooks.
Experience with donor databases and customer relations management systems.

Associate degree (preferred)
