About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of data programs from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, data scientists, product managers, and business leaders, to understand project requirements, priorities, and constraints. Manage expectations and communicate project updates regularly.
• Possess an understanding of data concepts, including data collection, storage, and processing. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data management and analytics.
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support program objectives. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of program requirements, plans, and progress. Generate reports and presentations for stakeholders to provide insights into program performance and outcomes.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively, ensuring that any deviations are documented, evaluated, and approved by relevant stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the value delivered by data programs. Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.

Requirements

• 4+ Years of experience in focus area.
• 3 years of experience in data & project management tools and techniques, such as MS Excel, Project, Visio, others.
• 1 year of experience with data management platforms, databases, and data warehousing technologies.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, business analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in a technical or data-centric environment.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.
