Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the performance and execution of data management projects and activities, including data visualizations, data analytics, system engineering work such as workflows, data architectures, data modeling, development of CONOPS, and data reference architectures.
  • Responsible for the performance and execution of the Narsil Tools Team.
  • Directs and supervises all support resources for project assignments and activities.
  • Responsible for acquiring follow-on business related to assigned projects and supporting new business development by leading small proposals or assisting with major proposals.
  • Primary interface for Task activities with contract management, all end users, computer services, and client relations.
  • Conducts project meetings and defines project scope and objectives through detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team and recommends solutions to problems.
  • Participates in driving initiatives to achieve established objectives.
  • Serves as the primary or assistant technical and management interface for the company, customer, and senior staff.
  • Provides management services including administrative oversight, time accounting, financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, personnel evaluation, and support.
  • Prepares and ensures accountability for all task deliverables and services, maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols, and technical documentation.
  • Supervises and oversees assigned personnel to foster a high-performing team and completes performance management duties.
  • Builds team cohesion, fosters positive morale, and delivers high-value services recognized by the customer.
  • Collaborates with customer points of contact, the Service Delivery Manager, and Customer Advocates to identify requirements and develop strategies.
  • Coordinates with the Program Operations Manager and Program Management Office to fulfill staffing needs and updates staffing forecasts monthly.
  • Presents information to customers, stakeholders, and management during briefings and report submissions, communicating work accomplishments or issues of concern.

Requirements

  • Requires BA/BS with 12+ years of experience and at least 6 years of management level responsibility.
  • Requires Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Experience with data, data architecture, and data visualization.
  • Experience working with data interoperability issues.
  • Program management experience in the IC.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven staffing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate between multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Program management experience in the IC.
  • Experience briefing senior leadership on project status.
  • Experience as a PM on award fee contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure and deliver quality and implement process improvements.
  • Flexible, creative, and innovative.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with 12+ years of experience.
  • At least 6 years of management responsibility.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
