Database Marketing Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather criteria, build, and modify all Marketing Campaigns in Campaign Management Tool.
• Responsible for building programs in supporting Marketing tools, executing programs, generating lists, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Assist in gathering data used for analysis of Direct Mail Programs, Events, Promotions, Entertainment, and other Marketing functions.
• Assist in Program Proformas and Postformas.
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable gaming experience by maintaining an accurate player tracking system and ensuring data integrity.
• Develop strong working relationships with casino hosts and the player club team to ensure accurate reporting and maintenance of player activity.
• Assist with other major Marketing programs.
• Respond to guest inquiries through multiple inbound channels in a timely fashion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A four (4)-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in database marketing and data analysis.
• Ability to read and write SQL.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
• Solve complex problems while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of customer information, financial data, and marketing plans.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
• Maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, reach for objects at short distances, sit for 60% of the time, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use stairs and elevators.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming License as mandated by the Maryland Lottery & Gaming Control Agency and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
