About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and their dealers to implement digital marketing best practices.
• Conduct in-person consultations, training sessions, and webinars.
• Analyze data to optimize digital performance for dealerships.
• Provide strategic digital consulting and analytics reporting.
• Help establish a premium online customer experience for vehicle shoppers.

Requirements

• Previous automotive experience as a Marketing Manager, eCommerce Director, Internet Manager, or relevant work in the Automotive industry as a Digital Resource.
• In-depth knowledge of dealership sales strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Expert proficiency with dealership websites, SEO, SEM, social media, reputation management, CRM/DMS systems, Google Adwords/Analytics.
• Ability to travel extensively within Texas and adjacent states.
• Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and able to build relationships with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting the automotive brand as a Shift Digital Business Consultant.
• Experience with data analytics, sales strategy, and digital marketing performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience or previous work in the automotive industry as a digital resource.
• Proficiency with dealership websites, SEO, SEM, social media, CRM/DMS, Google Adwords/Analytics.
