About the Role

We are a fast-growing Marketing & Consulting Agency specializing in helping schools increase enrollments and strengthen their brand presence. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can design, execute, and optimize campaigns that inspire parents, students, and educators. In this role, you will manage paid media (Meta & Google Ads), select and justify campaign objectives, write compelling ad copy, and oversee end-to-end projects with clients and creative teams. If you are both strategic and hands-on, and enjoy turning insights into measurable results, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage paid media campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
Select and justify campaign objectives.
Write compelling ad copy.
Oversee end-to-end projects with clients and creative teams.
Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that inspire parents, students, and educators.

Requirements

Experience with paid search marketing and paid search advertising campaigns.
Ability to manage and optimize SEM campaigns.
Strong marketing strategy development skills.
Proficiency in selecting and justifying campaign objectives.
Excellent copywriting skills for marketing ads.
Driver's License.
Professional Educator License or Substitute Teaching Certification (implied as relevant qualifications).
