As a decision science analyst, you will find actionable insights in loyalty data to drive enterprise value and support client strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role as part of a team responsible for delivering data-driven, actionable customer insights that directly contribute to increased sales/profit through clients' loyalty programs, collaborating with Strategy and Client Services teams.
  • Build and maintain audience lists to support the CRM team in executing targeted campaigns and achieving engagement goals.
  • Provide actionable recommendations by drawing out key insights from complex data sources based on a thorough understanding of client strategy, success criteria, and program objectives.
  • Develop data visualizations and narratives that make data and analysis accessible to all levels and expertise of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design and develop new tools, models, and data sources to support business objectives.
  • Proactively create learning agendas, test plans, and solutions to maximize KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV.
  • Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and company investments.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of relevant customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience.
  • Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Sigma.
  • Experience with customer segmentation techniques such as RFM, cluster analysis, and regression modeling.
  • Solid project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Python/SQL programming experience preferred.
  • Master's in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in fundamental marketing and loyalty principles preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
