About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that help Aon and CoverWallet scale globally.
• Manage all aspects of each initiative including establishing goals, identifying work streams and leads, setting timelines, and resolving risks.
• Anticipate bottlenecks during initiatives, assist with escalations, and help teams make trade-offs and decisions at every stage.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analyze and manage performance metrics to meet company and program goals.
• Offer strategic insights and support to achieve objectives such as process optimization, risk management, continuous improvement, and data monitoring.
• Work closely with executive leaders, Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of proven experience in Program Management leading complex, large-scale, and technical initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Proficiency in Program Management principles and processes with a strong technical focus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
• Analytical thinker capable of understanding qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using project management software.

Nice to Have

• Insurance industry or technology sector experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, especially in digital transformation, process optimization, or software development initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
