About the Role

The Demand Generation Lead at BNY Mellon is a key role within the digital marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategic demand generation programs. The role involves collaborating with sales, client, and product marketing teams to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads, ultimately supporting revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic demand generation programs, working in partnership with sales, and client and product marketing teams
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and generate qualified leads and pipeline, working closely with channel partners on program execution
  • Develop lead personas and journeys, with understanding of audience interests and preferences
  • Assist in the identification of content needs with marketing colleagues to support programs
  • Develop and utilize lead scoring to understand program effectiveness and identify high potential leads
  • Align closely with sales to ensure marketing efforts support lead conversion and revenue
  • Utilize A/B testing strategies to optimize program performance
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to drive continuous optimization and ROI
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, to continuously refine marketing approaches
  • Ensure regulatory/compliance alignment of marketing activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B/B2C marketing, with 3+ years in a demand generation role
  • Experience in financial services, marketing to institutional investors, advisors, or high-net-worth individuals
  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and campaign performance measurement
  • Strong communication, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Team player with a growth mindset and track record of proactively helping teams achieve objectives

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services marketing to institutional investors, advisors, or high-net-worth individuals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B/B2C marketing
  • 3+ years in demand generation roles
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
