Demand Generation Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, webinars, and social media.
• Manage SEO, PPC, and website enhancements to support lead acquisition.
• Define and implement lead scoring, routing, and nurturing strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing operations.
• Build and manage email nurture flows and landing pages using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Emarsys).
• Monitor, optimize, and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CX) to execute and track campaigns.
• Maintain clean marketing data and assist in building dashboards and reports for campaign performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business (strong analytical skills), or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or lead generation in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Emarsys) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CX).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid media best practices.
