About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Be an effective listener and focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience at the Home Gallery utilizing company processes.
• Act as the primary influencer in homebuyers' option selection decisions.
• Ensure timely scheduling and completion of the Home Gallery experience for clients using company processes.
• Deliver revenue, margin, productivity, and customer experience standards in line with company objectives.
• Contribute to ensuring the showroom is 'Standing Tall'.
• Lead by example in a highly professional manner with a strong customer-centric focus.
• Ensure all paperwork and diagrams are correct and appropriate for homebuyers, construction, and trade partners.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and trade partners as business circumstances dictate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Experience working in a builder design center, retail design center, or previous client-facing design experience with a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent selling, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeric orientation.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to effectively sell and promote products that contribute to the success of the Home Gallery and foster customer satisfaction.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings.

Nice to Have

• Experience with builder or retail design centers.
• Previous client-facing design experience.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
