The Assessment Delivery Operations (ADO) team is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of digital assessments like the SAT and Advanced Placement examinations. The team ensures test site security, credentialing and training of proctors, proper documentation and testing materials for students, and prompt resolution of testing issues. The role of the Senior Director, Test Center Strategy & Experience, involves leading the Customer Experience and Strategy team to improve the testing process, develop new approaches for recruiting and managing test centers, and optimize operational strategies to enhance customer outcomes on a global scale.
