Key Responsibilities

Create a variety of work for campaigns and brands.
Collaborate closely with other designers, motion designers, film directors, and the rest of the creative team.
Work with design presentations for various pitches.
Be part of building, challenging, and expanding the company's brand within the field of design.

Requirements

Have a solid portfolio of projects and at least 2 years of experience.
A hybrid creative who understands and is comfortable in traditional advertising channels and embraces new technology.
Experienced using AI image and video generation tools.
The ability to refine prompts to align with brand ideas, tone, and style.
Hungry with the ambition to contribute to making Valtech RADON a top agency globally.
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Great work ethic and holds no prestige.

Nice to Have

Experience with prompt engineering for AI tools.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in design.
A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
Experience with AI image and video generation tools.
