About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager Visual Design in concept and creative development for complex campaigns, ensuring client needs and objectives are met within all campaign components, delivering concepts and final artwork on time and on budget.
• Work directly with the Manager Visual Design and other creative team members to brainstorm innovative ideas appropriate for message, audience, and budget.
• Create and develop a wide range of digital and print projects, including website and microsite design/development, email marketing templates, social media and banner ads, infographics, video, interactive media, and print.
• Adhere to and maintain brand standards, providing quality assurance of creative deliverables and art direction of collateral, campaigns, and photo/video shoots as needed.
• Build and maintain positive rapport with clients, team members, partner agencies, photographers, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs produced, attach final artwork to jobs electronically, and deliver files to production/traffic in a timely manner.
• Monitor and update the status of assigned jobs daily using Creative Management software and communicate project progress or delays to leadership or management.
• Manage individual client projects throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge in PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, or similar tools for creating professional visualizations.
• Experience with project management, data visualization, and UX/UI design preferred.
• Ability to support creative development and adhere to brand standards.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining organized records and managing project timelines.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA, Power Query.
• Experience with QlikSense, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Physician/healthcare analytics experience.
• Business-related experience.
