The development director is an impact focused self-starter with a passion for environmental issues. The position works closely with the executive director and the board of directors to develop and direct the implementation of both long range and annual fundraising goals and development plans. Key Responsibilities
- Tap into the community potential and grow the donor base.
- Prospect, recruit, and enroll donors.
- Develop and implement long range and annual fundraising goals and development plans in collaboration with the executive director and the board of directors.
Requirements
- Proven record of growing a donor base.
- Ability to prospect, recruit, and enroll donors.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership and boards on fundraising strategies.
