About the Role

The Development Program - Digital Marketing at HNI Corporation is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals in various marketing functions. The program provides specialized onboarding, foundational knowledge about the business, exposure to leadership, and opportunities to build cross-functional relationships through team projects. It aims to prepare participants for future roles within the organization, with a focus on digital marketing support and software application development.

Key Responsibilities

Gain experience defining, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining new software applications in support of business requirements.
Provide technical and analytical support for production applications and projects within the digital marketing team.
Participate in cross-functional team projects to develop skills and contribute to business goals.
Engage in rotational assignments across different marketing functions to explore areas of interest.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related field prior to start date.
Minimum 2.8 GPA.
Strong experience managing projects, whether school or work related.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership.
Dedicated team-player with strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
