About the Role

Accenture Song's Commerce team is looking for an analyst who is enthusiastic about the fields of E-Commerce, Customer Activation, Content platforms and Sales solutions. The role involves analyzing and designing digital sales and commerce experiences and technology for international clients. The team is part of Accenture Song, a creative engine that works on projects across various international clients, focusing on digital transformation challenges related to sales and e-commerce, combining business with technology, and supporting data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate in a team of colleagues and work directly with clients on digital transformation challenges related to sales and e-commerce.
Identify customer and business needs and design functional and technical solutions for implementation.
Analyze different solutions to understand key challenges and communicate recommendations.
Work with various tools, systems, and platforms focusing on commerce, marketing, and CRM, combined with Generative AI and Applied intelligence.
Support clients with broader data-driven strategy and solutions in collaboration with Data & AI specialists.
Engage in in-person collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, peers, and leaders.

Requirements

A degree in (digital) business and/or engineering/technology.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex problems quickly.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills to articulate complex problems and solutions clearly.
Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
Leadership qualities, including establishing relationships and collaborating with clients and colleagues.
Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

Previous study or work experience in B2B / B2C Commerce, Sales or Marketing.

Qualifications
