About the Role

The Digital Campaign Strategist at Careportal LLC is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and analysis of integrated digital campaigns that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies to develop multi-channel campaigns, optimize marketing automation, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business objectives. The position requires a blend of marketing communication skills, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on driving performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments and audience personas.
  • Define campaign objectives, key messages, and value propositions based on segmentation and business objectives.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid search, social, email, ABM, in-platform) that generate leads and support business goals.
  • Lead campaign strategy, creative briefing, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Build persona and segment-specific nurture flows, onboarding, activation, and lifecycle campaigns to increase conversion and engagement.
  • Support development, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation capabilities and personalized digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop multimedia content supporting brand storytelling and campaign objectives.
  • Define processes for campaign flow from ideation to measurement, including timelines and coordination of messaging.
  • Use Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4, and campaign tools to build, run, and report on campaigns.
  • Utilize Gen-AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign iteration where appropriate.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, monitor performance, and generate insights for optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with demonstrated ownership of campaign strategy and execution.
  • Proven success in driving growth in technical or sales-led professional services such as SaaS or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms), Campaign Monitor, GA4, and Google Ads.
  • Experience developing end-to-end marketing automation campaigns in a results-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of multichannel and digital marketing tools and techniques, including paid media, email, content marketing, and digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Successful development and launch of global and regional marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales and marketing cycles.
  • Partnership and collaboration experience with Sales/Field teams to enable Revenue Operations systems.
  • Mission-driven or non-profit sector experience, professionally or voluntarily.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerBI.
  • Experience with Notion for project management and cross-functional collaboration.
