The Digital Campaigns & Content Specialist will play a central role in driving member engagement, digital conversion, and revenue growth inside the WealthBuilders Community App. This is not just a content creation role, it's a performance-focused marketing position responsible for building and executing campaigns that directly generate revenue through event promotions, member retention, product offerings, program enrollments, and upsell strategies. You will oversee all digital marketing communications, including email, SMS, and in-app campaigns, while owning the full content lifecycle from planning through performance tracking. Every campaign you build should be designed to influence member behavior, boost ticket sales, drive program sign-ups, promote merchandise, and increase retention. Your performance will be measured by how well your communications convert—whether that's clicks, purchases, program completions, or logins. This is a high-impact execution role that requires strong digital marketing instincts, an eye for data, and the ability to turn strategy into consistent weekly output. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with the program, video, and design teams to amplify major initiatives, use urgency-based messaging to spark action, and create campaigns that help members move from passive readers to active participants and buyers.
