About the Role

The Digital Campaigns & Content Specialist will play a central role in driving member engagement, digital conversion, and revenue growth inside the WealthBuilders Community App. This is not just a content creation role, it's a performance-focused marketing position responsible for building and executing campaigns that directly generate revenue through event promotions, member retention, product offerings, program enrollments, and upsell strategies. You will oversee all digital marketing communications, including email, SMS, and in-app campaigns, while owning the full content lifecycle from planning through performance tracking. Every campaign you build should be designed to influence member behavior, boost ticket sales, drive program sign-ups, promote merchandise, and increase retention. Your performance will be measured by how well your communications convert—whether that's clicks, purchases, program completions, or logins. This is a high-impact execution role that requires strong digital marketing instincts, an eye for data, and the ability to turn strategy into consistent weekly output. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with the program, video, and design teams to amplify major initiatives, use urgency-based messaging to spark action, and create campaigns that help members move from passive readers to active participants and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that highlights the community's value proposition, success stories, and member benefits, supporting both acquisition and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with program and app teams to create and schedule promotional content for courses, merchandise, bootcamps, and events, ensuring alignment with launch dates and milestones.
  • Create and publish engaging content (social media posts, articles, videos) that fosters discussions, interactions, and connection within the community.
  • Develop and execute revenue-generating digital campaigns for virtual and in-person events, including strategy, timeline, and rollout.
  • Build segmented campaign flows across email, app, and SMS that drive urgency, highlight event value, and convert members into ticket holders.
  • Partner with content, design, and data teams to track sales performance and optimize messaging in real-time.
  • Curate and distribute content that keeps members informed about community activities, events, and resources.
  • Leverage member testimonies and success stories for external marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with graphic design and video editing teams to create marketing materials that promote engagement, campaigns, and retention.
  • Create conversion-focused content and social proof to increase event ticket sales, program purchases, and product offerings, using urgency-driven content and segmented targeting.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and retention data to optimize community strategies and improve participation.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, including email, SMS, and in-app campaign strategy.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing content across platforms like Active Campaign, Instagram, and Canva.
  • Skilled in crafting high-converting marketing copy for emails, sales pages, landing pages, and event promotions.
  • Proven track record of supporting successful product, course, or event launches.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Ability to build and manage detailed campaign calendars that align with marketing goals and launch timelines.
  • Comfortable analyzing campaign data, engagement metrics, and conversion trends to inform improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and internal program teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, retention strategies, and member engagement tactics.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proactive, deadline-driven mindset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for increasing demand for engagement, products, services, and memberships.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting or running successful marketing campaigns tied to revenue goals like ticket sales, course enrollments, or product purchases.
  • Experience building or writing multi-email campaigns (e.g., a 5-day sequence) designed to drive conversions.
  • Ability to generate multiple content angles (educational, emotional, social proof, FOMO) to market the same product or event.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of social media management experience
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and content creation platforms
