About the Role

The Digital Campaigns Lead at Appian is responsible for coordinating and optimizing digital marketing programs across various channels, including Paid Media, Organic Search, Email Nurture, and digital tools like chatbots. The role involves transforming individual tactics into integrated campaigns, sharing insights with stakeholders, and influencing future creative and campaign themes. This position is based at the company's headquarters in McLean, VA, and emphasizes in-person collaboration to foster a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate campaigns across paid media, SEO, email nurture, web, and other digital channels, transforming them into integrated digital campaigns with regular performance reviews.
Build a regular cadence with field marketing and regional sales leadership to provide visibility into campaign performance, opportunities, and regional insights.
Leverage data from digital marketing campaigns to influence and develop campaign themes, opportunities, and activation plans.
Build dynamic and personalized sales outreach and chat experiences for target audiences.
Act as a consultant for stakeholders by translating their desired outcomes into effective digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
7+ years of related marketing experience
Experience in campaign marketing, paid media, email marketing, sales enablement, and marketing operations
Experience navigating large multinational organizations and organizational change
Clear, compelling communication and presentation skills
Relationship building and enablement experience with external stakeholders in product marketing, field marketing, and sales

Nice to Have

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
Experience in developing personalized sales outreach strategies

Qualifications

Formal educational background includes a Bachelor's degree
