About the Role
The Digital Communications Specialist drives the creation and design of digital content that amplifies Signature Aviation's mission, culture, and business priorities. Serving as the Corporate Affairs team's primary digital and design lead, this role oversees day-to-day content development and production for internal and external channels to effectively showcase Signature's people and corporate narrative. This role will directly support the Corporate Affairs leadership in creative development and execution of all digital communications and creative design efforts, including photography and video production. Success is measured by increased employee engagement, strengthened employer brand perception, and clear analytics that inform data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day content development and production for internal and external channels such as SharePoint intranet, PowerPoint presentations, reports, invitations, newsletters, email platforms, and LinkedIn.
- Support the Corporate Affairs leadership in the creative development and execution of digital communications and creative design efforts.
- Create and design digital content including photography and video production to enhance corporate messaging.
Requirements
- Experience in digital content creation and design.
- Ability to develop content for multiple digital platforms and channels.
- Skills in photography and video production.
- Strong understanding of digital communication strategies.
- Ability to support creative development and execute digital projects.
