Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver technology solutions that align with client goals, visions, and missions.
  • Build and maintain long-standing relationships with clients.
  • Lead, plan, and shape project workstreams related to enterprise software implementations.
  • Mentor and support junior staff on engagement teams, sharing expertise and providing feedback.
  • Analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and interface with business users in cloud implementation projects.
  • Contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and Essbase OR FCCS/ARCS for 5+ years.
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase in development and functional roles.
  • Experience with automation scripts (MaxL) and integration of the full Hyperion suite.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView.
  • Ability to lead project workstreams and solve complex problems creatively.
  • Strong analytical skills with functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and flexible living locations in the U.S.

Nice to Have

  • Experience owning or leading project workstreams.
  • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of staff in project management and technical dimensions.

  • Educational background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
