Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead client projects related to Oracle Campus Solutions Student Records implementations.
  • Build and maintain long-standing relationships with clients to understand and address their challenges.
  • Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions that align with client goals, visions, and missions.
  • Mentor and train junior staff on project management and technical aspects to support their professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across projects to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of related experience in a consulting role with Oracle Campus Solutions Student Records implementations.
  • Experience as a functional application specialist.
  • End-to-end project implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
  • Technical experience with Oracle Cloud or integration products such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), AWS, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaboration.
  • Ability to train and contribute to the professional development of staff in project management and technical areas.
  • Proven ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
