Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead client projects related to Oracle Campus Solutions Student Records implementations.
Build and maintain long-standing relationships with clients to understand and address their challenges.
Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions that align with client goals, visions, and missions.
Mentor and train junior staff on project management and technical aspects to support their professional development.
Collaborate with colleagues across projects to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements

5-7 years of related experience in a consulting role with Oracle Campus Solutions Student Records implementations.
Experience as a functional application specialist.
End-to-end project implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
Technical experience with Oracle Cloud or integration products such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), AWS, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaboration.
Ability to train and contribute to the professional development of staff in project management and technical areas.
Proven ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
