Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Researching and developing sales plans for projects within our territory
• Working with outside sales teams to generate project leads
• Appointing key employees within our team to assist in securing and executing projects
• Calling on EPCs and other customers with and without other Triple S/Flotech employees or manufacturers
• Finalizing quotations, entering and maintaining project orders, and issuing necessary purchase orders to fulfill project orders
• Maintaining, organizing, and submitting project documentation
• Soliciting and analyzing project information on scope, schedule, cost, and resources
• Coordinating and executing the completion of milestones for customer-required documentation
• Responding in a timely fashion to customer requests
• Performing follow-up with manufacturers and shops to ensure timely shipment of materials, documentation, and tagging to customer satisfaction
• Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers
• Helping resolve customer service issues
• Managing project expediting

Requirements

• 1+ years in project execution and project management environment
• HS Diploma or GED required
• Valve and Project Management training experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in project management and valve industry training
