About the Role

Rooms To Go is looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our growing in-house digital marketing team. In this role you'll get exposure to how a thriving ecommerce business operates and work with various digital marketing teams including creative, analytics, and E-commerce merchandising. The job involves ensuring promotional content on the website and app looks correct, is properly placed, and links to the right pages, combining attention to detail with design aesthetics. It is a hybrid role involving front-end design and data entry, requiring multitasking, problem-solving, and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

Working with our content management system, building and organizing web pages and mapping out future campaigns and sales events.
Coordinating with creative, SEO, copywriting, and merchandising teams to get content reviewed and approved.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, with a marketing or design major preferred.
Relevant work or internship experience.
Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
Microsoft Office skills, with Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred.
Understanding of online marketing principles and interest in digital creative and content production.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible time requirements and changing deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
SEO or personalization content related experience.
Retail and/or Ecommerce experience.
Google Analytics certification.
Problem solving mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong commitment to timelines, organization, and professionalism.
Acts proactively and can learn new concepts quickly.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with Google Analytics.

Qualifications
