About the Role

The Judge Group Inc. is seeking a Digital Content Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves supporting digital marketing initiatives, content management, and ensuring accessibility standards are met. The position requires participation in marketing projects, analysis of assignments, and providing information to client personnel related to marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in low to moderately complex marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Review and analyze basic or tactical marketing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives.
Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment.
Provide information to client personnel in Marketing.
Execute digital content using content management platforms such as SDL Tridion.
Test web content for accessibility standards and ensure compliance.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (e.g., Mobile or Social Media), or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
Experience with digital content execution and content management platforms (SDL Tridion).
Strong understanding of Accessibility Standards and testing for web content.
Experience with HTML.
Attention to detail.
