Digital Content Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, agencies, and the CRM production team.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, risks, and resources.
• Prepare and submit use cases and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate creative downloads and update content briefs.
• Oversee creative routing, proofing, and finalizing HTML for translation.
• Conduct thorough QA of multilingual emails across markets.
• Educate stakeholders on CRM platform capabilities.
• Track campaign progress and adjust estimates as needed.
• Provide final creative assets to stakeholders.
• Offer on-call support for end-of-month and urgent communications.
• Serve as backup for the email coordinator.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in communications or digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and campaign execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
