This role involves supporting digital marketing governance, particularly in QR code creation and management, within a global organization committed to innovation, sustainability, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with team members to provide support in multiple areas of digital marketing governance.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for QR code creation and application according to enterprise standards and brand guidelines, offering consultation and guidance to internal teams and agency partners.
  • Consult marketing partners to understand marketing goals and create QR codes aligned to enterprise objectives.
  • Provide day-to-day support for QR code creation and management.
  • Manage QR code workflow queue and create new QR codes using standard platforms.
  • Manage QR code creation and application process for prime products.
  • Handle requests related to QR code reporting and audit QR codes to ensure ongoing functionality and standard application processes.
  • Lead and facilitate regular communication with partner teams to ensure audits are completed and standards are met.
  • Manage QR code support inbox, user administration, access approvals, onboarding, and training for QR code platforms and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot QR code platform issues and manage relationships with QR code platform vendors.
  • Present enterprise strategies, governance, and reporting regularly.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to QR code tools and processes.
  • Research new tools and techniques for monitoring product efficacy.
  • Work outside regular business hours as needed (weekends and evenings).

Requirements

  • Knowledge of business analysis, including tasks, techniques, and tools to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of software change request management and ability to manage software product change requests.
  • Knowledge of strategies and tools for resolving software problems.
  • Experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product.
  • Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, tasks, tools, and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing/marketing communications, digital field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience consulting, software product management, web, or related areas.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for internal client-facing roles.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and managing project workflows.
  • Customer service experience and ability to troubleshoot and address business partner inquiries.
  • Experience creating and maintaining complex processes.
  • Ability to build relationships, persuade, negotiate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with digital technology, systems, and process design.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, B2B and B2C environments, and working with large brands/complex organizations.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, initiative, and curiosity.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active/self-learner eager to learn new applications and technologies.

  • Experience with Kezzler Target & Track platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing/marketing communications, digital field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, digital experience consulting, software product management, web, or related areas.
