Digital Content Strategist, Four Diamonds

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate the production of digital marketing and promotional communications, including print, electronic, social media, new/emerging media, and other collateral.
• Design assets and collateral for Four Diamonds' needs across social media, print, and other platforms.
• Oversee the Four Diamonds Storefront, including order fulfillment, restocking, and new product design.
• Create content by writing copy, blogs, and graphic content, and posting it on social media profiles.
• Manage Four Diamonds' social media presence, create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics.
• Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Strategically use SEO keywords and phrases to structure social media campaigns.
• Produce engaging video reels to connect with the audience.
• Edit and proofread publications, including websites, advertisements, articles, brochures, feature stories, etc.
• Monitor news and media presence, track analytics of website and digital traffic.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, contractual obligations, confidentiality and privacy policies, and style and standard guidelines.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of event promotions.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners on campaigns.
• Monitor and communicate the status of tactical campaign implementation with clients and management.
• Collaborate in the planning of digital marketing and communications strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
• Proficiency in digital marketing, communications, and public relations strategies
• Experience with social media management, content creation, and campaign development
• Ability to design assets and collateral across multiple platforms
• Experience with SEO, analytics, and digital traffic monitoring
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver's license
• Successful completion of PA State Police Criminal ground Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal ground Check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
