Our Advanced Manufacturing Group elevates clients by delivering cost-effective and transformative projects across markets such as electric vehicle, data center, consumer goods, metals, pulp and paper, and more. We seek a Digital Delivery Program Manager to work with Project Delivery teams and Engineering Managers to develop and execute systems and work processes across disciplines and projects, focusing on Data Center software and coordinating with other business units within our Advanced Manufacturing Market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult in preliminary bidding and business development to provide input on applications and tools required for clients and programs.
  • Keep up with new technology and industry trends.
  • Participate in departmental strategic planning for Data Centers.
  • Manage and build a team of project leads and coordinators to execute programs.
  • Mentor project discipline leads and members of the Digital Delivery Data Center Group.
  • Plan and schedule training needs for different disciplines within Data Centers.
  • Create, manage, and execute Data Center market standard operating procedures and workflows to improve engineering and processes.
  • Drive cost reductions through innovative application implementations.
  • Lead the digital delivery of large-scale Data Center programs.
  • Work with clients and teams to develop BIM Execution Plans, Digital Workflows, and Automation Processes.
  • Lead Model creation in Revit and Civil 3D for discipline teams.
  • Lead Digital Delivery Kick Off Meetings to communicate standards, workflows, and processes.
  • Initiate the CDE and manage digital platforms for programs and projects.
  • Run clash coordination on programs and projects using Navisworks and Revizto.
  • Train Discipline leads on best practices in Revit and Civil 3D.
  • Manage budgets and work projections.
  • Manage Bim coordinators on multiple Data Center programs and projects.
  • Be responsible for the overall digital execution of projects on assigned programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Science.
  • At least 15 years of industry experience as a BIM coordinator, BIM Management, VDC Engineer or other applicable role.
  • Works well in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Expertise in Autodesk and Revit.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Civil 3D.
  • Experience with Dynamo, C#, Python or other programming languages.

Qualifications

  • Educational background as specified in the requirements (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Science).
  • Significant industry experience (minimum 15 years).
